Impact

  1. Facilitated and directly sent one dozen tractor trailers to Louisiana with food, baby products, medical supplies, paper goods, clothing, water and furniture.
  2. Funded nearly 10,000 hot meals in New Orleans for first responders in association with Feed the Relief.
  3. Raised close to $ 400,000 in monetary donationsfor emergency assistance.
  4. Collected over $1,000,000 in goods and donated services for disaster victims
  5. Helped fund distribution centers in New Orleans through PRC Compassion.
  6. Provided nurseries/childcare facilities at Celebration Church in Metairie , LA.
  7. Provided medical supplies to Dream Center shelter in Donaldsonville , Louisiana
  8. Thanksgiving dinner for 3000 in Jefferson Parish in with Sowers Consulting.
  9. Provided Thanksgiving Dinner with Sheriff Marlon Gussman for first responders and their families, the elderly and the homeless in New Orleans .
  10. Staged a moral boosting celebration at The House of Blues New Orleans for Police and Fire Fighters, reopening the venue for the first time and getting their employees back to work
  11. Created a comprehensive case management program that handles over two hundred households in Las Vegas , assisting with jobs, housing, social services, furniture, food
  12. Provided Christmas gifts, food baskets and cleaning supplies to over 3000 families in Jefferson Parish in association with Feed the Children.
  13. Holiday event for over one thousand First Responders families in association with the Sheraton and PANO including a meal, entertainment and gifts.
  14. Delivered gifts to firehouses for New Orleans Firefighters and their families.
  15. Hosted Christmas party for over 100 evacuees and their families in association with Toys of Tots in Las Vegas .
  16. Collected and distributed furniture for over 200 families in Las Vegas .
  17. Hosted FEMA day at our offices that assisted over 100 families in claims and solving problems with FEMA reps spending over twelve hours resolving issues
  18. Held Resource Day that brought medical, dental, Social Services and employers together for clients to meet in one location
  19. Currently developing resources for Las Vegas Food Bank (pending grant funds)
  20. Partnering with Red Cross to assist Las Vegas residents coping with disaster.
  21. Initiated Kids Food Backpack program with local elementary school kids that would otherwise go hungry this summer.
  22. Current member of Southern Nevada Communities Organization Active in Disasters. Chairperson of the Long Term Recovery Committee.
  23. Partnering with Salvation Army and Lutheran Social Services to insure all clients are served equally for unmet needs.
  24. Daily bread delivery to an elementary school in the Henderson area.
  25. Working in association with local YMCA for afterschool programs
  26. Working with Tzu Chi Foundation to help feed kids
  27. Partnered with Clark County School District for Title I HOPE (Homeless Outreach Program & Education)
  28. Partnered with Central Christian Church to feed homeless kids in Las Vegas.
  29. Monthly Birthday Club for children on the last Wednesday of every month at local elementary school.
